Foxley Kingham Officially a Great Place to Work...
Foxley Kingham has had its Investors in People status renewed last week in a glowing report by the IIP assessor.
Summarising the findings of the recent review, the assessor concluded:
“FKCA has continued to maintain and strengthen its people management and development processes and has clearly benefited in terms of staff motivation, individual capability and overall business performance…Both the outcomes of the IIP interviews and staff questionnaire strongly evidence a high level of staff morale supported by an open, friendly and purposeful office environment”
As HR Co-ordinator and main contact for the IIP initiative, Tony Stedman is understandably proud of this latest achievement:
“Congratulations should go to each and every member of the team. We have always believed in looking after our staff and helping them to acquire all the essential skills and knowledge. That obviously brings with it commercial benefits, particularly in terms of the quality of service we are able to offer our clients. However, it is always pleasing to have our efforts formally recognized and rewarded in this way.”
The report went on to list Foxley Kingham’s Strengths:

Well embedded performance appraisal process
Very effective induction process
Strong links between the provision of accountancy service needs and development of technical skills
